I have lived in Washington my entire life. Since graduating from the University of Washington, I have lived, worked, and/or owned property in almost every neighborhood in Seattle. Each neighborhood has its own character, amenities, pros, cons, and quirks. 

Over the past several years as a realtor, I have become a specialist in the Greater Seattle Metro real estate market, with a more recent focus on the distinct communities of Bainbridge Island and the Kitsap Peninsula.
